Posters list the following in alphabetical order ( If a person starts with A the next person starts with B and so on):
Name (proper)
Place or Location (it can be a geographical place (city, country, etc.) or location (restaurant, river, store, park, etc.)
Animal (Any type of animal. Common or Scientific name)
Thing (noun) for the starting letter.
Since we will only be able to use the letters X, Y and Z a couple of times before we start repeating ourselves, let's make it optional to exclude them if need be.
