You can use any left over meats for this <br> <br> Use your own discretion as to how much you want to eat below is enough for 2 people <br> <br> Slice your left over meat nice and thin approx 2 cups <br> Slice an onion (approx 1/2) depending on size <br> Tablespoon of oregano, thyme or another herb you like <br> Add some salt and pepper to taste <br> <br> Fry the above in a pan till warm with olive oil, its nice if some of the meat goes a little crunchy smiley <br> <br> you can either use Turkish bread or a pita flat bread wrap <br> fill with lettuce tomato <br> spread a layer of spring onion or tzatziki sauce (my favourite) <br> Place a layer of meat and onion mix that you fried earlier etc <br> roll up <br> <br> <br> Enjoy! <br> Ideal for eating while watching your movie smiley <br>

Sounds good. Have to try this. I love lettuce wraps. My goofy family thinks you need bread or a bun for every meal. <br>
