Browsers being checked? (1642 views, 35 replies)

Hello, <br> <br> For the first time before connecting to this site a white Window popped-up saying your browser is being checked? Was that this site? Or Google N$@? If you didn't know who Google really is now you do :) <br> <br> d/l's where showing 3-5 hours per file gave-up came back this morning and got my 3 shows in under 5 minutes. <br> <br> Just found it odd that's all :) Thanks

i got the same message last nite trying to login , i just closed the page before it starting to check my browser then tryed again worked fine after that

It's normal. It's a DDOS protection.

I get that loads of places. As previously stated, it's normal. :)

I have seen that message with other sites so it didn't bother me but I'm not seeing it today. Usually with other sites you always see it at least the first time you pull it up. Has it been removed now? Just wondering....

The problem is that DDoS (distributed denial of service attacks) are being carried out more and more so Clouflare has to run checks to stop the attacks. As others have also noted, I have also seen the browser checks on other web sites I have visited.

The main reason I left that after the handshake with Cloudfire <br> was not only that my d/l speed dropped from 2-15 minutes to 3-5 hours <br> my handshake with T.M. was not stopping and was in a constant handshake <br> loop with this site, so thought I better leave! <br> <br> As I have no reverse DnS lookup my location is not my real location I have no WebRTC or DNS leaks. So maybe Cloudflare thought that a little strange or I was a possible threat to this site. <br> <br> So shut down for a few hours came back in the morning no more browser check by C.F. my d/l speed was back to 2-15 minutes, and what I said about g00*l3 is a fact. They own the Worldwide web(not all) and if you deny them access you can’t be on the internet. <br> <br> Also was a Level 11 Admin for them, but after finding out that they made a dirty deal with the n*@. I left and fast! I get DDoS attacks and I know who is doing them! But really I don’t care as I am doing nothing wrong except doing what we all do here and its nothing,but they don’t see it that way. <br> <br> And now the trolls well come out of hiding.But Dr. ...
