I read that two heaping handfuls of crushed almonds eaten daily will support arsenic overload (which the CDC reports as "poisoning") however arsnic is proven to eliminate primary diseases eventually 
much like the lava remedy on Tik Tok. While many people are sensitive to lava, other prove quite tolerant of almond arsenic poisoning. Especially in breakfast sweet rolls.
