Happy Holidays Michael! Thanks for continuing to share and post.
Your post that you believe that you have long covid symptoms for 2 years is concerning. I respect your decision to not use supplements or medicines, and to rely on natural immunity. If I can offer a realistic and helpful viewpoint, please tolerate me a little bit. I avoid pharmaceuticles like the plague, in favor of nutraceuticals. When and if I need a chemical solution, in the incidence of a rapidly spreading infecton from a cut ; I will use chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide along with stabilized allicin silver soltion, orally and externaly. Time to first aid treatment can be critical.
I'm a firm believer in natural immunity, and supplements help to feed the incredible human machine.
I will in emergency use an OTC or prescription solution. I prefer a biased universal approach toward health and medicine. If I can't figure out what is wrong, I will seek profesional diagnostics.
Enough about me.

Two years is way too long to deal with C19. I have read that part of the genome of C19 is HIV among other nasties. If in fact your condition is caused by C19, the longer you wait...the weaker you get. Strong as you are, you are subject , as we all are to the inherited curse of illness and death. No one gets out of this world alive.

Only prob i have with it, is you can not copy or paste with anything on it.

To ANYONE thinking of trying licorice root " extract " (which you will see if you click the link), it is very strong and just after a few days use can increase your heart rate (something to do with potassium...but do your own research...).
