If you're adding a link for a new movie that doesn't exist in TwoMovies already, then it's an orange button, just under the TwoMovies header, on the top right side. Should be under your profile picture.
If you're adding a new link for a movie that is already in TwoMovies, you go to that movie, then on the left-hand side of the screen about halfway down the screen, underneath the picture of the movie, "Add Links" blue button.
