...1932 Indian Chief
The Chief was introduced as Indian’s heavyweight competitor to Harley-Davidson and lasted for 31 years. In 1922, 21 years after the company began building bikes, Indian launched the Chief with a 61 cubic inch flathead V-twin. Although a larger 74 cubic inch bike, called the Big Chief, was an option.

Indian remained faithful to the principle of a flathead, and in doing so escaped some of the pitfalls that Harley-Davidson encountered in their efforts with overhead valve designs.

The Indian was actually rather unconventional, with its left-hand twist grip (apparently so that policemen would be able to use their pistols with their right hand), a foot clutch, hand shift and the ignition advance controlled by the right handlebar grip. A 3-speed gearbox was standard, but a *Police Package 4-speed gearbox and a reverse gear were options.

Love daschunds and also a semi professional guitarist. I still have 6 guitars. A Parker fly, a PRS, an Ibanez JS1000, the inevitable lespaul and strat lol and a Martin acoustic. Don’t ask me why Ralph likes sleeping on top. I’ve asked him and he says it’s a German thing although he’s actually from Hungary lol

@shabbapaul I love Gibson, Ibanez, & PRS🎸 I own Gibson V, Ibanez Prestige RG657MSK, Dean Michael Shenker V, Charvel Strat, Acoustic... I actually love my Gibson for leads. It is modified with a Washburn Wonder Bar Tremolo (much easier to deal with than a Floyd Rose). It uses a Kahler style trem that doesn't go out of tune. I love Gibson the most overall. I want to get a PRS 24 Custom next with double humbuckers. Thanks for the reply. I use Cubase recording in studio. 🎸✝🎸
