@ I have one too. You must have accidentally clicked the 3 dots and the tab for adding the site page to your home screen. I've actually done it quite a few times because i leave the site up on my phone and sometimes when i pick up or walk with my phone, my fingers are touching the screen doing all kinds of random stuff.

Are you saying that it's an app? I searched for it in the Play Store and didn't find it but I can create a shortcut for it on my homescreen that takes me straight to the website. Is that what you have?
@rickgrimesrocks It's not at the Playstore, it's here on the site.
It's on one of the dropdown menus, apparently.
I didn't do it on purpose, but another member did and that's how they got it.

An icon for the TM site showed up on my mobile phone.
I don't remember DL it.
And yes, it hooks up to the proper site.
