I was wondering if any one would like to see exercise videos added on here? I workout at home and watch exercise videos on several different channels and apps.
So it got me thinking if we could have an exercise genre and if others would be interested in seeing that added.

Thanks for listening,
Teeny?

For certain!

There are tons.

This is one instance where YouTube is a tremendous help (but still, don't believe everything they say! lol).

@Teeny💋 I reckon Doc is correct. You (and everyone who wishes to join) can start a community to support and help one another on Anysubj.

In fact, I recommend that over doing it it.

It would be awesome! smiley

That's a great idea - although, as Rav has already said, there are tons of workouts on Youtube.

This like one. You're welcome.

I should really start doing some kind of exercise or physical activity,
because my two closest friends at the moment are Pizza and Couch.

If anyone can get me into physical exercise, it’s Miss Vera de Milo.

gO AND WATCH ALL THE MUSICALS, ALL KINDS; YOU CAN MOVE AROUND THE room, or dance, or just do exercises to it--it helps me.really!!!any kind of music that you like that gets young dancing or moving.I also do HOUSEWORK---YES HOUSE WORK!!if you are not exercising, you're not doing housework.(clean the fridge well, for a start.)just start doing some of these, it works.ok???I have the same problem, im a potato. But if all this does not seem well enough, go for a short walk any where.--where you live, at a Mall, ect. You don't have to run,do yoga(I did it for years when younger)although yoga is hard, if you can even do "easy classes of exercise.I also used to swim. But we couch potatoes have to start easy.Do easy stuff, to get going.Try not to exercise with anything you HATE.You can also start STRETCHING OUT. LIE DOWN, FLAT, STRETCH OUT; TURN OVER AND STRETCH. Don't hurt yerself.I hope this helps, fellow couch-potato in Oregon smiley smiley

@PriscillaParadox🍁 Smart dogs. But God only knows how they managed to get them to grip those weights with no opposable thumbs.

@DemandingFemale I suspect some in-camera special effects (people in costumes) but my biggest concern is how stressed the dogs were doing this thing.

@PriscillaParadox🍁 They don't look stressed to me. I'd be more concerned with those leotards rubbing on all 8 of their nipples.
