My neighbourhood in town is the part where the cities nightlife is and it deserves its nickname lil Soho. Many creative freelancers, bars, Jazz clubs, weirdos and my "hood" (or "Kiez" in German). lets just say i love the "West".
Before pubs and caffes reopened we used to sit outside on the street in the sun, everybody had a drink and ciggys and we talked keeping distance. It was actually fun time.
A new neighbour joined the group and we talked a while and i was asking
"So what you do, Jenny?"
" i am a birth photographer"
well i thought "interesting job" and was thinking of something like a wedding photographer, just more private. She send me a list of award winning pics of her art branch today.

i work a lot with graphics, Photos , movies , clips animation and so on...but
HOLY COW ...THESE were just STUNNING!
i picked the ten best for ya and really really hope you enjoy it!
have fun and warm greetings from Germany

@Teeny💋 I think the photographer here did a great balance between showing the pain AND the beauty in it transponding it in a(probably accidently) great composition.the way the scream of the mouth goes visually over into the right arm`s muscle tension while the safety belt seems to dive in her narrowed eye is awesome.
Or look at the Z-shape of her left arm together with the drivers caring arm.
Even the curve of the front car roof corresponds with the curve of the vene on her left throat and the curve of the pillow.
awesome.

@Buttless Very understandable.
Please be assured that all of them agreed to their pictures being published in the net for the photographer contest.
These are NO pictures that my neighbour took, they are taken from the artists websites.

All intra uterus pics by famous GRANDMASTER Lennart Nielsen, who spent a lifetime on photo technique and pictures of life developing in the moms. GREAT man.

In case it was not clear enough said:
These pics are (all of em) a HYMN to every mom worldwide:

Men like to say "women, you cant live with them or without them"
thats a dumb saying (in many respects, obviously).
you just wouldnt exist without. end of story.

@Adrian∞ As a mother myself, let me tell ya....there is no greater feeling in the world than having another human being, "becoming" inside you.

@EewoxKid honestly: i envy the female part of the world for it.
my sisters all have children and just said the same.
This slow "bringing into live"
is basically soo fascinating.
I remember when my sister said: "come, feel! baby has a hickup"
I was stunned for days

They should put those photos up in an abortion clinic.

Yes amazing, those that get pregnant are very lucky, something they should never take for granted, I have tried for 15 years to get pregnant, 4 cycles of IVF and still never been pregnant, the man I tried to have a baby with for 15 years left me because I couldn't get pregnant and he went on to have 2 kids a year later. Now that I'm 36 and have spent over 40 thousand dollars in trying to have a baby I have had to except it's not going to happen. All I ever wanted to be was a mum. So you could understand why I'm anti abortions. These photos made me cry my friggin eyes out!

It is an amazing experience to be a father also.
Mothers and babies get all the attention, dads get pushed to the back. But still wonderful.

@Buttless Big kiss on your minion head for that! I am not a father yet, but a passionate uncle and UNCLES are probably the most important thing in the WHOLE UNIVERSE, totally forgotten bot soo cooool and crazy and they do all the stuff the parents cant do because they are parents.
