Bo Hansson - The Black Riders

The Black Riders by Bo Hansson from the album, Music Inspired by the Lord of the Rings. While this could be now considered fairly obscure Swedish prog rock, Hansson was once admired by Jimi Hendrix (musically, not romantically), and the two jammed together. The footage is from an old B-rated western film, called The Proud and the Damned downloaded from archive.org. I've continued experimenting with creating the layered time-lagged effect because I think it looks cool.
I believe Bo Hansson is living a mostly reclusive life these days, and his records can be difficult to find, but he does have a myspace page, so go check it out to find out more about him and his music:
