?️ Multi-Award Winning 3D-CG Animated Short Film.....................★ Garden Party
*An abandoned mansion and its frog inhabitants...Garden Party, which has a more sinister human plot happening parallel to its animal tale, allowed the two worlds of animals and humans to come together, and in a humorous way.

?️ 3D-CG Animated Short Film.............................★ Maestro
*Best known for their 2018 Oscar-nominated short *Garden Party, which features impressive amphibian animation, Illogic expands their animal exploration with Maestro to include birds, squirrels, hedgehogs, and deer. As in their previous work, the collective continues to explore the question of what animals do when humans aren’t watching, and the animations continue to be surprising.

@Bread&Circuses Is this the nebula in outer space or just the stars???? :/

@MarieCateyes Delicate in appearance, these filaments of shocked, glowing gas, are draped across planet Earth's sky toward the constellation of Cygnus. They form the western part of the Veil Nebula. The Veil Nebula itself is a large supernova remnant, an expanding cloud born of the death explosion of a massive star. Light from the original supernova explosion likely reached Earth over 5,000 years ago. Blasted out in the cataclysmic event, the interstellar shock wave plows through space sweeping up and exciting interstellar material. The glowing filaments are really more like long ripples in a sheet seen almost edge on, remarkably well separated into atomic hydrogen (red) and oxygen (blue-green) gas. Also known as the Cygnus Loop, the Veil Nebula now spans nearly 3 degrees or about 6 times the diameter of the full Moon. While that translates to over 70 light-years at its estimated distance of 1,500 light-years, this telescopic image of the western portion spans about half that distance. ...

In the center, in the dark, do you see a night sky filled with stars? Do you see a sunset to the left?
Clouds all around? Do you see the central band of our Milky Way Galaxy running down the middle?
Do you see the ruins of an abandoned outpost on a hill? (The outpost is on Askold Island, Russia.)
Do you see a photographer with a headlamp contemplating surreal surroundings?
(The image is a panorama of 38 images taken last month and compiled into a Little Planet projection.)
Do you see a rugged path lined with steps? Or do you see the eye of a dragon?

Jaclyn Moriarty is a award winning Australian and the best-selling author of novels for young adults including Feeling Sorry for Celia, The Year of Secret Assignments, and the Colors of Madeleine trilogy. Jaclyn grew up in Sydney, lived in England, Canada and the US, and now lives in Sydney again. She studied English at the University of Sydney, and law at Yale University and Cambridge University, where she was awarded a PhD....* I would like to recommend the adult debut novel from Jaclyn...*Gravity Is The Thing.

If you love the feel of the paper between your fingers as you read a great book, this is a true page turner, I always travel with a novel mostly for the plane going and returning home, this book did not make it to the trip home, had to finish it.

Inspirational True Stories.....

A Little Hurt...............By Joseph J.Mazzella
I was laying on my bed relaxing after a long day. Music was playing in the background and I was taking the time to read a good book. Just as I turned the page an old song started playing that always reminded me of my Mom. I put the book down and listened. Even though it had been 23 years since cancer had taken her from us, sometimes it still felt like it was only yesterday. I closed my eyes and allowed the flood of memories to wash over me. I thought of Mom’s sparkling eyes and shining smile which lived on in the faces of my own children. I thought of her sweet voice and gentle laugh that never failed to lift my spirits. I thought of how she brightened up every room she walked into. I thought of how she was a friend to everyone she met and how her kindness touched the hearts of so many. I thought of how she made this world a better place just by being in it. And my heart ached as I thought of how I still missed her so much. I wiped the tears from my cheeks as the song finished, looked out my window at the night sky, and sent an "I love you, Mom" from my lips to Heaven’s ear. Now some people would ask why I didn't shut the music off the second that song came on. Why did I subject myself to the pain it brought? I think the answer is that sometimes you have to let in a little hurt in order to let in a lot of love. Sometimes you have to open your heart in order to truly live. Life here will always be a mix of the bitter and the sweet, but you can’t shut down your soul. At times you have to embrace the pain and then let it go. When you do you will find that what is left is love. May you always keep your heart open to love. May you always keep your heart open to messages from Heaven. They can come at the strangest times on the winds of a memory or the wings of a song.

📽️ Short Film...........................................★ WE WIN
★ There’s a great party game called “Mafia.” Some call it “Werewolf.” Have you played it?
This game has a unique ability to bring out interesting and sometimes nasty sides of people. The film, follows a couple hosting a dinner party. When the evening’s activities turn from casual conversation to a game of “Mafia,” they’re pitted against one another, and their once happy and supportive relationship begins to unravel.

★ I certainly relate to how hard it can be to be stuck in one’s career, while cheering on someone else’s success. Your happiness for them is authentic but it’s tinged with your own resentment.....Can a game kill a relationship?....RunTime:12minvimeo.com/channels/staffpicks/32...

......*A Story of Four Worms
A minister determined a visual demonstration would add emphasis to his Sunday sermon. For this demonstration, he watered his lawn in the evening, then when night time approached, visited his back yard with flashlight in hand. He carefully selected four worms, night-crawlers to be exact. The Four Worms were Placed into Four Separate Jars
The FIRST WORM was put into a container of alcohol.
The SECOND WORM was put into a container of cigarette smoke.
The THIRD WORM was put into a container of chocolate.
The FOURTH WORM was put into a container of good clean soil.
At the conclusion of the sermon, the Minister reported the following results:
The FIRST WORM in the jar with alcohol - was DEAD.
The SECOND WORM in the jar with cigarette smoke - was DEAD.
The THIRD WORM in the jar with chocolate - was DEAD.
The FOURTH WORM in the jar of good clean soil - was ALIVE!
