Ammonite pavement at Monmouth Beach, Jurassic Coast World, Dorset, England

Travel back 199 million years with a trip to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, a 95-mile-long stretch of coastline in southern England. This stunning fossil display is known as the Ammonite Pavement, where thousands of ammonite fossils are embedded in a limestone ledge at the west end of Monmouth Beach in Dorset. Although the ammonites look rather like snail shells, these are fossils of extinct sea creatures that are more closely related to today's octopus or squid. Britain's Natural History Museum notes that the fossil-filled ledge is unique in the world because of the sheer number and size of the ammonites: The fossils reach up to 27 inches in diameter. If you want to check them out, timing is everything—the ledge emerges at low tide, and there are more ammonites in large rocks nearby, too.

@michael59 Great story, I love seeing the after videos of a rescued Dog/animal smiley smiley
I watch so many stories like this smiley but I have to take breaks at times as I just can't handle some of the really bad ones, like the ones that have bad abuse from owners and people. My heart literally hurts and lots of tears (It's hard to explain the pain I actually feel in my heart)

#1 Top Remedy for Calcium Plaque in Your Arteries
youtu.be/Z6V_3W0uG6k

It's about using hydrogen peroxide.

Is there anyone here that has used this for health reasons, did you (are someone you know) get good results.

(The above vid does not have many views and is not showing up on his site)

@PureVodka🍺 I couldn't see the video see the video , so I cant comment on it.
I did a quick research on the IV therapy, and to be honest ,my gut tells me that this treatment is damaging. Even if the several treatments required will dissolve the arterial plaque . It does nothing to resolve the causes of
atherosclerosis. Not to mention the damage caused by oxidative stress on the vascular tissues. Don't get me started on the cost. I have books that mention the use of SSKI to melt away plaque. But there are serious risks as well. A therapy that I would consider much safer overallis Dr Linus Paulings therapy using Vitamin C 6-18g and Lysine 5-6g daily doses (split up to dose every 4 hours} It is best to start slow and build up to the required dosage
starting with 255mg to 500mg every 4 hours. Of Course! It should go without saying that one should study heavily on the subject of Dr Linus Paulings therapy before using it.

@CanyonD I should have said (but i did not know the vid would be removed) what knowledge do you have on it other then using it for " Calcium Plaque in Your Arteries " (for has i know i don't have prob with that), like for anti-viral use etc,
but would it affect (in a good/bad way) the gut microbes etc.
(like a way of finding out if your body is in good health are not)

But a big thanks for that detailed answer. smiley

@PureVodka🍺 Ok, I found a b**chute vid in Dr Mercolas library. Dr David Brownstein discusses using diluted hydrogen peroxide and iodine in a nebulizer. The formula is specific.

As a topical disinfectant , mouthwash, foodwash..HP is great. I use it all the time. Internally...
I use other things. Here's a warning from Dr.Weil:
