Thanks for your kind words, so nice to hear from you. I wish you a happy, healthy new year too.
I also want to join in making your other wish come true: the submarine. I am a composites expert who can build very cost-efficient, load-bearing, lightweight floating structures (out of sustainable materials) for you. Why a submarine, a swimming small island with stealth capabilities ( smiley ) for prying eyes could also work. You can grow your own food onboard. I am so serious about this, please consider.
And, another "ask and you shall find" through my innocent wish: I was helplessly looking for a movie to watch; so thanks for that too.

UN-BE-LIEVE-ABLE! What you just described is a long cherished idea since maybe 5-6 years! till 2016 i worked for a german rig producer that made also offshore rigs and then i took a course in marine engineering with Lloyds. (not a real degree, but anyway). I love the oceans and learned to distrust all Oil companies.
Then in 2016 my niece asked "uncle, you are working with the sea , what would you do with the ocean plastique problem?" without thinking much i said:" i`d take all the plastique, fill a real large floating body with it and put Solar panels and a vegetable farm on it. She was so entusiastic about it . bbbuxxx now THAT was the first BIG bull´s eye this year you just threw.
I will come back to that soon!

@Adrian∞ Sincerely, I am looking forward to it. I have spent the last decade intensely pitying myself while designing eco-stuff and never realizing it: I can adsorb distilled water out of thin air (without any energy), build the simplest yet most elegant aquaponic systems for the island and so on...

yaaay here another clip we made a short overview on how gigantic the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) got.
In short words: The BRI is Chinas Marshall plan for the whole world in fields of High speed trains, harbours, airports, nets of any kind, hydro power, coal power, roads and just anything connecting.

The US had a similar plan the TPP (Trans pacific partnership) Obama constructed to have a competitive plan.

In his first day in office Trump QUITTED the TPP to the utter surprise of Japan, Phillipines and many other countries January 2017.

He basically lost the Pacific with it. He gave up a world strategic position because it had Obamas smell on it.

This is an animation we produced about a showcase project of the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative (" New Silk Road"): The High Speed Rail line from Singapore to Kunming. Its done with the help of Google Earth professional STUDIO, we are Beta developers in this project.
It allows great 4k overflights with great features of programming.
