@BeachBum I'm having the same problem with this title and a few other movies released in fairly recent years that have identical titles. I can see a mix up here and there, but geez Louise! It happens a lot because all the sites have these same links which originated from the same source. The sites want us to register and all that mess to obtain all that info. It's not worth registering and only to end up finding out they don't havw what I was looking for that THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY DID in the first place. Bastards.

After a short search, one torrent site had a bunch of mostly unseeded and dead links to the film, it also had malicious pop-ups for days... so yeah, no thanks.
Also, a couple of streaming sites supposedly had the film listed in their catalogues, however one of them physically required sign-up and browser plugins/add-ons to be installed... just nope! While the other site had a Scandinavian film, ironically also called 'The Circle', mislisted under the details for the Peter Callow film.
Other than that, it's like the film doesn't exist outside of Youtube clips and the films IMDB page.
