American Dad Seasons & Episodes Order clean up (794 views, 11 replies)

this site use imdb & tvmaze for movies & tv shows, according to tvmaze, american dad is in season 15, while in IMDB it is in Season 14 :) so which one is the right one ? and the release group who release the capping scene, using season 15.

It is actually season 16 (i myself find it just now, when i tryed to look for the right episode on the net, because the one here is wrong), and because of this mess with the episodes the one that come out yesterday should have been s16e13 Mom Sauce, but instead of that one there is the actuall s15e13 Mean Francine, that did come a year ago and in here it's under S14, Episode_13 - Mean Francine (2018-05-07) watched.

I believe they actually are the Netwok that produce the show?
They are kind of the ultimate authority in that case, and in which case it's Season 14 Episode 13 "Mom Sauce" which is what Two-Movies has it listed as (with the exception of TM having this be season 15. I am currently looking at all the seasons to ensure they concur with the Network. So far in comparing IMDB and TVMaze information, it appears that we have been using the information from TVMaze which lists this as season 15, though the episode names and numbers are the same as with IMDB).
Nevertheless, it seems that all the episodes are current and up-to-date, which is the most important bit.

It's very difficult to figure these things out when all three sources are quoting something different.
Wikipedia is notoriously inaccurate since it is user generated information as well, and can, and does, contain a lot of error.
The only official way to know for sure would be to check with the company that produces the show and see what they say.
Yes, it can be changed, if there are indeed errors according to something official.
As Aces wrote, we use IMDB and TV Maze and there is conflicting information.

@ It looks like seasons 13 and 14 on here are duplicates, same names for the episodes anyway. I don't know if the links are actually dups or not though. Hope you guys get it figured out 
@rickgrimesrocks Initally the issue that the thread is about is the current season and episode which is obviously something that the Network that carries and produces that show would be authority on, so that will stay the way it is.
As far as the episodes go they can be renamed according to whatever is actually listed it's no bother to change them.

EDIT: The information for the episodes has been amended for seasons 13 and 14.
Two-Movies is getting the listing information from TV Maze, which concurs in every way with IMDB and the Network in episode names and numbers.

Hello, would it be possible to please correct the seasons and episodes of American Dad? The show is currently in it's 16th season but the site currently lists it as only having 15 seasons en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_D...
Currently episodes from the previous season (15) are being posted as the current seasons episodes in error.
