Unfortunately I had a very difficult time getting into this movie. The plot for this caliber of movie wasn't as smooth as it could or should have been. They also took too long for the psychiatrist was not believable in her part and tried to pull of knowing more than she did and failed. I was disappointed because usually this actress is amazing in her part, unless that was her job. I didn't trust her. It was far too disjointed parts often enough that I had to pull the plug. I was very disappoint, very surprising for Bruce although, I can't complain about his part. To be believable the acting has to be natural and the Psychiatrist just was not natural, even the nutbar felt natural, with each part he played
I really hate Disconnected critics trashing the movies ending...it was a perfect ending considering story...this is not the regular Marvel/DC Universe where there is a distinction between good and evil, aliens and super powers are considered normal.it is a normal world just like our where a few individuals have extraordinary abilities, yet are believed to be crazy (which would be something that would really happened if it was in real life! ) David dunn not your regular superhero with and unrealistically expensive suit that wouldn't take two hours just to put on, running around catching bad guys. The horde is not a typical villain, plotting world demise and pooping up techs that will never exist in order to achieve it. It's just 3 guys, (SPOILERS ahead)connected by one accident who meet a tragic yet believable and understandable end considering where they had the final showdown. If you had 3 people fighting on the parking lot of a mental institution after they have escaped that institution- yes you will call the cops. ... I feel that viewers are so used to the Marvel/DC way of making "Superhero" movies that they forgot there are other ways it can work too and be enjoyable if only you see it with an open minded perspective. Great movie! Loved it! 8/10 Read moreLess
I just re-watched this in HD. I really liked it and thought the ending was exceptional. Maybe room for yet another one. 4/5
GOOD movie I enjoyed watching the trilogy. Great cast.
it's worth watching all three.
This trilogy was amazing! Loved every second of it! Great actors all around
Was a good movie. Ending kind of stunk. Worth watching
Was unaware this was part of a trilogy when I first started watching it. Then remembered the movie Unbreakable and thought it was a sequel. Now I have to watch Split as I had never heard of it before. I enjoyed this movie as much as I did Unbreakable. Very entertaining imo from beginning to end.
Good one in shyamalan films. Predictable and really liked till the ending.
the cross-over/sequel to "Unbreakable" and "Split".
here's the trailer... youtu.be/95ghQs5AmNk
this actually very good. from beginning to end.
"tip toe man"....lmao
the doctor has only 3 days to work with these people? harsh, maybe one of them. but, all three at the same time?.
the pink room is cool.
I thought this was incredible.
Shame so many lack imagination.
That's why most of you pack boxes and push pencils.
Good movie, I enjoyed it. Was a little on the weird side but still very good. Acting was superb by all involved. Ending was a good one. Expected the ending to be just that to make a second version. Worth the watch.
Was really excited about it. But the ending was kinda predictable.
Loved unbreakable and was really excited about Glass, especially as M. Night Shyamalan was doing it again. Loved it but the "twist" at the end wasn't in the same mould, wasn't as thought provoking or awe-inspiring as his other films. I was actually very disappointed in the finale tbh, let down and a little numb as to whether I would watch this again in its entirety...unlike his other movies that I've seen several times.
Such a pity in my opinion.
Amazing, mind blowing, everything I expected and more!! I'm so glad I waited for a great copy of this to watch. The ending was really unexpected but I truly hope he makes another one. I was really impressed they used the same actor if Bruce willis'son from unbreakable that was a nice touch. I am wondering are the[SPOILER] ones who are stopping them, powerful? God's? Or just humans that know the truth some how?? please reply your thoughts to me. M Knight never disappoints.
200% Teeny approved
@Teeny💋 Spencer Treat Williams has been trying to get adult roles. Very talented child actors get type cast and seldom break into adult role. Hearts of Atlantis actress Mika Boorem is one that got sidelined. It's a cruel business. Some try working the technical side. One UK child actress has now been given a shot as a freshman director.
I didn't think much of it and I think they waited too long to do it, McAvoy was a good casting choice as the Horde but Willis and Jackson were both phoning it in, the direction was terrible and M. Night Shyamalan has really lowered in my future expectations. 4/10
Loved it!! Good Addition to M. Night Shyamalan films. All the older actors kept up the pace with younger McAvoy very well.
It felt like i just [SPOILER]watched a 2 hour trailer for a load of future spin of films when it got to the end. 5/10*
A very different kind of superhero movie. I really liked it up until the ending. I don't think I really like that ending. It's different from any other ending of this kind of movie and I guess that's what they were going for, but I don't like it. It's still a great movie and definitely worth watching though. James McAvoy is simply spectacular in this role. How he does all those different personalities is amazing. Good performances all around. Usually it is refreshing to see a movie that breaks the mold. This one breaks the mold in a lot of ways that I really enjoyed, but I just wish it wouldn't have [SPOILER]killed the 3 main characters in the end. I certainly recommend watching. If you haven't watched Unbreakable and Split yet, then I would recommend watching those before this one. 9/10
Least worthy of the 3 movies. I am not a M. Night Shamalamadingdong fan in the slightest. [SPOILER]How in the world did the doctor from the mental hospital in the beginning know exactly where they would be. In the very alley set up with spot lights and police all around flanking in every direction. NOW if they did know that the Beast was there already with all those girls...... Yea just like most of his movies. Unbelievable in every sense.
Great movie good watch.
It wasn't as bad as some of the directors recents and though not as good as Unbreakable or Split, it's an alright movie.
I love this trilogy! and this is a very befitting end for this M. Night Shyamalan Trilogy! A MUST WATCH!
Good movie , it reminds me of man from earth. also a good laid back movie. Not great, but really good. Tern off the brain and just enjoy. the first one was good but easy to understand people like it. They used a child in pain like all that is evil. they used a child, to improve that movie. this time its not painful to watch. Hell, life is ok. and so are all of you. Eden.
First film was great! This one not so much
A little hard to comment without spoilers, but I'll try. I think it's a great movie, but because of my own expectations I came away feeling a small bit disappointed. The comic narrative is so pervasive and recognizable that when this movie doesn't follow the formula it's a little like hearing 'shave and a haircut' without the 'two bits' at the end. That being said, I think it's a much better movie for not sticking to the formula and I respect it more for that reason. Now the movie will linger in my thoughts and I'll continue to think about it for some time. To be honest, everyone knows that Shyamalan is all about breaking expectations so this is no surprise. I'm not sure the message he leaves us with at the end of this trilogy is a satisfying enough one to end on, though. I want the story to continue because it ends at such an interesting point, though I know that it won't. While I do have mixed feelings, I do recommend that people see this movie. ... Regardless of everything else I've said, the acting is great, the story is interesting, the pace is good, the action is good... Well worth checking it out. Read moreLess
loved this, the openload link from 3 days ago is good, this ties up the other two parts and the ending is neat.
M. Night Shyamalan another great movie!! The last thing this world needs is to ever, EVER lose you. Live long and plz continue to direct fantastic reels!!
I really liked this movie alot, I had to go back and watch Unbreakable again first. You really have to pay attention in this movie,(even to little details) they all have a meaning. [SPOILER]for instance if you didnt know David Dunn's fear was water, you wouldn't have understood the H2o sign on the elevator those are what I mean by little things. Definately (at least for Willis) better acting than alot of the past movies of late. I think I had a little higher expectations for this movie, even though I did like it. Ever since the Sixth Sense, I have been waiting for a movie by M. Night to have that same "punch" at the ending. I still give this a 4 out of 5, and will watch it again.
a very fitting end to the eastrail trilogy. loved every second of it.
Years ago I tried twice to get into the first installment, but couldn't either time. For some reason it was very off-putting and just wasn't really that interesting to me. So fast forward to when I heard about this one, I was in no rush at all to watch it thinking I wouldn't be able to get into this one either. However, after watching a little of it, I found that I really liked this movie. I think my interest peaked when I saw James McAlvoy playing "the beast". I loved him in the movie split and thought his acting was phenomenal and some of the best I'd seen. I'll admit, him and his rendention of that character was the sole reason I was completely engulfed in the movie. Don't get me wrong, I thought the whole cast did fantastic and that the story was pretty good, but McAvoy made the movie in my opinion. This may sound stupid to those who have been with these characters/ movies since unbreakable, but I'm guessing that this movie is basically the 3rd installment with unbreakable and split being 1st and 2nd, right?? I didn't know that going into this one, but the connection is unmistakable. ... All I had previously known or heard about was this was basically part 2 of unbreakable, but never heard anything about split. It wasn't until I actually put this movie on that I made the connection and then I realized I had to go back to understand and learn the backstories on these characters so it all makes more sense. Anyway, I was thoroughly entertained by watching this movieand will probably watch it again after backtracking. Read moreLess
@◦•●◉✿♡Momof3αηgєℓѕ♡✿◉●•◦ I had to go and RE watch Unbreakable, I have the movie and never really watched the whole thing, and I didn't catch on until the ending of Split when Bruce Willis is sitting in the diner, that Split was part of it. Haven't watched Glass yet...
@Rescue Dog Mama I think you'll enjoy this one. I thought it was pretty good anyway. I still haven't had a chsnce to watch unbreakable yet tho.
This is a film that deserves the best viewing possible. James McAvoy is phenomenal as Kevin Wendel Crumb, a man with 24 distinct personalities, making every personality distinct and memorable. The time and place where this film picks up from "Split", allows both Samuel L. Jackson and Bruce Willis to show the acting skills that got them in top billing positions in acting to begin with. It's good to see Bruce Willis acting for once (at least in terms of recent films). I personally don't find this to be a "Superhero" film. It's M.Night's idea of what human evolution is, in many ways, but there really isn't a justifiable Superhero vibe in it, for me, and it doesn't fit into any Superhero universe I can see. I really cannot say anymore, because that would give too much away. I honestly feel that M.Night did extraordinarily well with these last two films ("Split" and "Glass") and he has now redeemed himself from "The Happening" fiasco, for me.
Well that was depressing. Out of the trilogy, the only one I liked was the first one. Little itty bitty James McAvoy is so unscary and just plain irritating. I could probably beat him up, and I can’t beat anyone up, lol. He’s more like a comical foil. Like a mini-me version of Gerard Butler, only not as good of an actor and far less manly. I keep trying to like him, and I just keep liking him less and less. The only thing I thought was cool was that the same actor played Bruce Willis’ son in this movie as in Unbreakable. But thank you uploaders. I think I’ll watch Venom again to cleanse my superhero entertainment palette.
wow!!! I also watched split for the first time, m. night shyamalan has turned this admirer of his good work into a fan. if this doesn't get an Oscar nod next year-i may never support Hollywood EVER.
not very often is there a lingering thought to a full story, this has prompt such. 4/5
That was pretty good, tho it seemed a bit confused story-wise. Wait for HD, the 1xbet cam is terrible 8/10
no complaints on this superheroes movie, its a movie with superheroes from the people , what the society make of us .Manoj night Shyamalan did a great job as usual. was expecting much more but then it will be avengers 😀. really need a sequel.
Seen unbreakable 3 or 4 times . Great
Saw Split twice . Great
Glass . Ties them together beautifully . [SPOILER]when his kid from unbreakable first came on screen all grown up. All i could think was "if you shoot me,i'm guna be so mad"
I'm not really sure how this works but, (if what suspect is true), I want to know why this person, or group, gets the idea that they have some sort of right to take someone else's work and trash it up with their stupid ads? What leeches and bloodsuckers download something that other people work to make and then upload it back like it's their own work? Like they have a right to do this... YOU DON'T!!You need to get out and stay away! I'm sure I speak for the majority here that we don't want you and your really lame and cheesy ads here... Yes, I know that these "copies" aren't exactly Kosher, but you don't have a RIGHT to trash things up. You're like racists that think they have a right to be racists and trash the world up...
Now, for the movie.
It wasn't bad but I didn't like the loose ends: Things not explained as to how certain character did or accomplished obviously impossible acts... I watch movies like this to escape, not to try and figure out what happened or how they did 'Something'... I end up pausing the player and sit there for a few minutes trying to work it out logically or analyze what just happened... Also, no trademark M. Night plot twists to speak of (I hope that's not a 'spoiler', if so, admin, feel free to edit this, I won't b**ch about it)... One last thing, in my view, this did not at all "Tie things up", in fact it left several new questions open and, a whole new can of worms opened, that should not have been left there to rot in the sun, since as he has said this is the last/end of a trilogy...
... I give it a 3 out of 5 stars, good for a couple hours to waste some time but, nowhere near the greatness of some of his previous offerings... So sorry M. Night Read moreLess
Split was the best one out of all 3 ....
Yeah was good and its a sequal to unbreakable
@Anonymous2020 And Split.
I was watching and very much liking this movie. I really liked what I saw, about twenty minutes of it.
this movie is a sequel to unbreakable, it only took 19 years....lol
@rockbottom Unbreakable, Split, Glass = Trilogy
The movie was awesome.
This one is such a gorgeous looking movie.
Some dialogue were realy on the nose and off putting.
I like how the way everything wrapped up, its unique and makes me feel so many thingsss.. which is rare.
In the world of so many superhero movies, i think this one took an original turn.
I'm super stoked about this movie. I have hopes for this. M. Night getting to close off this chapter in his career. Looking to see what he choose. I liked Unbreakable and Split. So I'm interested. Im going to wait for a good copy. But looking forward to reading comments.
I saw this at the cinema yesterday! Absolutely brilliant ending! Has very VERY slight flaws but overall, a solid film with a twist as always given by M.Night! Masterful how he wrapped all films into this one. However, I am getting tired of Sarah Paulson's face haha!
On the tech side. The cinematography by Mike Gioulakis was awesome! or those not familiar with his work. He was the cinematographer behind: IT FOLLOWS. And if you haven't seen that film you should!
Giving this a 7.9
I'm glad/hoping this is the finally the end of this series for m. night. I'm glad he finished it and wrapped it up in a nice little package- probably some emotional and creative closure there and it's an amazing idea. Credit where credit is due....beyond a creative and inspired idea. However, I thought split was horrible. The best part was realizing glass and unbreakable man were there. This, is better than split. It doesn't meander as much but don't expect some classic, trademark m. night twist. I didn't really see one. It's pretty straight forward....a conclusion of all the story lines. I sincerely hope this doesn't spawn more break offs because he needs to pursue a new creative venture because he's losing his mojo. I still love him but this film is nothing more than a good way to kill two hours and be entertained. I rank it was an Xmen movie or transformers. They're entertaining and good for a flight but you're not going to remember them in a year. ... 6.5/10 Read moreLess
