And B.T.W. I have read the hobbit..I LOVED IT..But how do you get 3 movies out of a book that's only a couple of hundred pages..Mabey i have answered my own question..

@TheMatman Jackson is also using material from The Similaian (sp?). That and some of it is made up like Tauriel and adding Legolas even though he wasn't added until Lord of the Rings was written. <br> <br>
