If you're looking for a bit of Christmas spirit and you enjoy musicals, this will definitely give you that. Sometimes, all you need in a film is to be abje to sit back and enjoy. I did that and for me, It's now one of my favorite Christmas films. Will be watching this for years to come.

Was ok for a musical and overrated since big actors were included, if was a nobody acting on it I would not even watch it . It has few funny scenes. But be aware lot and lots of singing

If you like Christmas musicals with some comedy elements, this was made for you.

Because of some reviews, I was anticipating my viewing to last no longer than 10 minutes. I've seen plenty of bad movies with my favourite actors in them before, so I wasn't expecting much, and I did find myself thinking at the beginning that the singing was ruining an otherwise funny movie. I soon remembered, before I foolishly give up on it, that you listen to the songs which can explain better how a character is feeling or a plot twist coming. It's quite a different way of telling a story and if you give yourself into listening you will really enjoy this funny movie with a very original twist to Scrooge. Will Farrall and Ryan Reynalds, no, you can't go wrong. If you just can't handle musicals, then of course, this movie is not for you. If you've never sat thru a musical, give this one 10 minutes. You may have found a new passion. Great Christmas movie.

Not great, but the cast kinda saves it.
We don't get as many Christmas movies that are not romance ones as you might expect, so decent flicks like this are nice.

I am a fan of Will Farrel and Ryan Reynolds, but I just couldn't get into this movie. This movie is a musical, and they are singing every 5 minutes. You might like it if you are into musicals though.

This has such a great cast .... but the movie is so disappointing. Disney's attempts at dark cross-roads humour fails to impress. In fact, I was shaking my head at most of it. None of the story lines made any sense; it was just different plots all meshed together. And even though it used the Christmas Carol theme, I thought it was a total flop. There was nothing heart-felt about this movie. I was not engaged in the story or the characters. I have to wonder who is at the reins of Disney corp because they suck! Each year, and with each new movie .... Disney movies just get worse and worse. Putting aside the exploitation of the Christmas theme, the only good thing about this movie was the cast.
PS: If you didn't know, this is a musical/dance production.

I have a hard time with Ferell, i think hes repetoar is pretty similar, so i either hate his performence or love it depending the movie
