I don't care what all the naysayers come up with, this was a very good movie! It was a better story, I think, than all the "Kong" movies so far. A different view on Kong, and at least he was in his own natural habitat, the actors were good, and I would watch it again!

Wow , Not bad. Not bad at all.. And very watchable . now the real stuff happens when these two monsters really meet. godzilla Vs. kong. damn can't wait. Thanks for the uplond. Was worth the watchin after all..4 and a half stars out of five stars..my bet on kong...

Well, for certain, don't go to Scull Island in a heli. The writer created a fantastic world and skillfully piggy-backed it with two major world events. This version makes the original, and late remake, seem campy. Though it was an old story, it was presented fresh and unpredictable. There was a perspective shift around the Kong, which gave logic to the action of the protagonist. It would make for a great Disney ride.

Kong in action was great, and his few silent moments. However, the movie was a bit disappointing.
Visually the movie looks amazing.

In a world of crappy remakes, it's rare to find a new angle. Considering the first Kong was made in 1933, I wasn't expecting much. I really enjoyed the timeframe, the era music, and the unexpected turn of events. Loved the final sequence, good stuff Maynard.

Not bad at all; except for the link quality!!!! Loved this version of the story!!! Acting, good, effects, cool!!!! I was not disappointed at all. Definitely will look forward to a re-watch of a better version/link!!! 4.85/5
