They're a NEW member.... and then that thread, which is some sort of joke? Welcome them and then block them for no reason? Right. Sure. That makes total sense. NOT.
@ Yes, instead of feeling welcomed that person feels badly wondering why they are blocked. Stupid, mean and inconsiderate.....
