Who wrote the review on the poster? While, some aspects are true, others are vague. Most people who endure family trauma (or any trauma) it never leaves them, in fact, it's known that it is passed down as "generational curses". So, between the book and the movie, it's quite clear he overcomes the demons and prioritized himself in order to pursue his dream.

It's a very sad, and humbling story. It could/has been any one of our childhood stories. The most admirable thing about the subject, is despite the deck being stacked against him, he managed to lovingly pursue his goals and didn't have to abandon either one because he loved his mama.

He's humble, he's gone back and was able have the courage and explain why he changed his position and I think he is a perfect example that there was a time in America when, even when all the cards were stacked against you, you still grow up to the President of the United States (in this case VP elect),

I hear he's changed position on fluffy furniture, often flip-flopping.
True, most of us can relate to comfy cushions.
smiley Then he opens his mouth to speak... smiley

@(⌐■_■) Cat and dog meat is eaten in many 3rd world countries and is common in Asia today. Cat meat used to be referred to as Roof Rabbit or Loft Hare due to the meat being very similar in taste and texture. It's been outlawed in most western countries now, but the reason it got outlawed is because it was also eaten in the western world before they were domesticated.

Hungry people eat all sorts of things, including bugs, so it's not exactly a stretch of the imagination to think that it might be going on today with hungry people from 3rd world countries. It is also used, along with many other animals for voodoo practices.
