What temperature is the egg? Eggs peel differently if they're right out of the boiling water or have been refrigerated.

I use this method straight after boiling, I take the eggs out, pour away the boiling water and replace it with normal cold tap water then shake...I've yet to have any eggs K.I.A on my watch
