For anyone who has now seen the series, this is actual footage of Tracy Edwards at Jeffrey Dahmer's trial.
He is the last victim, who managed to get away.
His composure is remarkable. His description of Dahmer during his terrifying ordeal shows how much they embellished on Dahmer (making him much more outgoing and hyper-sexualised).
The worst part of this is that Edwards wasn't offered any form of mental health assistance. As anyone can imagine, his experience caused him significant and lasting trauma.

@DontSpeak the city did nothing to help anyone the people that lived in the apt complex were actually left homeless. The city went on as if nothing happened.
