DELIRIOUS! smiley

If you want insight on the real Marilyn, her last film, "The Misfits" really portrays the exhaustion, heart and smarts that made this icon a true star.

Ignore or watch with caution, "Blonde" 2022, cheapens and demoralises, and presents a pornographically cheapened imitation of a human who was both fragile and strong.

Truly, missed, never forgotten; iconic Marilyn Monroe.

There are several docos about her death, much more interesting and relevant than this.
Few people believe the official suicide line but so many alternative murder theories... Jack or Bobby Kennedy, FBI, even aliens concerned she was going public about Area 51.

@Buttless Are you referring to the movie "Blonde" or the YouTube link, when you wrote 'There are several docos about her death, much more interesting and relevant than this'?

@Buttless It was definitely the aliens smiley smiley

(all kidding aside, didnt even know about that last one. Which begs the question....why would she know anything about Area 51? I wouldn't consider it appropriate pillow talk)

@JudgeDredd One theory was John Kennedy told her a government secret (squeezed out of him with womanly wiles and BJs) and that is what she intended to tell the press at a planned meeting. Conspiracy followers extend that to mean the secret was autopsy reports on the alien in the crashed flying saucer at area 51.
Everyone knows that!

@JudgeDredd I'm sure a respected figure like JFK could resist. Lesser mortals like myself would valiantly hold out as long as I could, then submit slowly. [SPOILER]

@Buttless My Buttless friend, which were you referring to?

This YouTube link (if you haven't watched it) has zero conspiracy theory in it.

It's quite good, and very concise. smiley

@DontSpeak I have not watched the YT clip yet, unfortunately work interrupts important things like watching movies.
'The Misfits' is a well-known as a director's nightmare with MM on a cocktail of drugs and apparently losing it.
I meant 'Blonde'.
MM's death has almost as many conspiracy theories as her bedmate JFK soon after.

@Buttless The Misfits is a great film.

The YouTube video is actually quite helpful.

I could care less about conspiracy theories, which is precisely why I don't bother with them.

Have a good day/night!
