This was an enjoyable movie, and I'm sure this will sound weird, but it wasn't sharky enough for me, or scary enough. I was really hoping it would have the Jaws scare factor, but it was more of a few steps up from a syfi movie. A little disappointing, but still liked it.

This was pretty good. I'm not real into shark movies so it wasn't all that thrilling for me. It is still a good movie and the end is awesome. I'm sure everyone who loves shark movies will love it. Enjoy y'all! 7.5/10

I expected this to be different and not so predictable. I wanted more underwater footage, but it's mainly a shark hunt for a prehistoric shark by amateur professionals that are second-guessable, from an at water level perspective. That's just my opinion. Many people completely enjoyed it, I'm just not one of them and my reasons are already stated. Nevertheless, watch it and decide for yourself.

THIS movie would appeal to people for whom:"jaws"WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH" 
.Because the Megladon shark,from prehistorric age,rivals giant squid of historical repute.(Yes,those monster squid of tales were real.)If the only thing you can think of,that is big ,is a giant whale,this thing eats whales for breakfast.THE SHEER SIZE makes the story of finding bigger and bigger prehistoric sharks,scarier more and more.Good spec.effects,espec.the shark. 
And this is the 2nd China-Hollywood-collaboration w/both Chinese and White good looking actors,who kinda like their racial opposites."A Great Wall"also suggested this.--For sure.(Could "racial-co-laboration be far away?A rich white person falls in love,marries a rich Asian person--and they have rich cute little KIDS.Hmm!WOULD Buddha approve?

Wow that was intense! It was like jaws but on whole other level!
Best shark movie I have seen since Deep Blue Sea.
Would be great to seeon a big screen to really appreciate it. But still enjiyed it on my tablet.

This was a really good movie. the effects, set and everything looked very realistic. There were several nail biting and hold your breath scenes, but nothing that made me jump. I wasn't disappointed at all. If I liked how this movie was by watching the cam version, I'm sure I'll like it even more when it's crystal clear. 8/10 🌟 [SPOILER]😂😂 yay!
