This movie turn out to be surprisingly good. I really enjoyed the movie from the start to the end. Another really great performance by Robert Downey. It is a good family movie that you can watch together with kids.

This was an endearing movie that I enjoyed very much. This movie was well made with an interesting and creative story line. The story has some heartwarming moments and some pretty hilarious moments. The CGI is fantastic and the characters are intricate. Robert Downey jr. In something other than a marvel movie is amazing. and his Welsh accent was incredible. The scenery and special affects are beautiful. It moves at a very comfortable pace. I love the song "Original" too.

My whole family enjoyed every second of this movie. I'm going to give this a 10/10 because there is no violence ,drugs, sex or any nudity .Entirely family film.

Greatly entertaining! Stacked cast and hilarious. Watched with the family and was a huge hit! I'd give a 10/10 but I'm going strong 9.

A decent movie, visually great, good characters, good actors. A well used storyline about the hero who is not up to being a hero, needs motivated to save the day. Still a good
movie. Well worth watching for the story of Dr Dolittle for the family. The only thing that bugged me continuously throughout the movie was Dr Dolittles voice. I just couldn't get past the accent and tone used by Robert Downey for the character. Nice to try to not
be Iron Man but just not quite convincing to me. Great for kids and family.

This is by far my favorite rendition of Doctor Dolittle. I love the story and this is such a great movie to watch with my kid who happens to love it too. Great use of CGI and it sells. Very heartwarming movie to watch with the family!

It's silly; it's goofy; it's beautiful.
The beauty of the of movie mirrors the beauty of the allegory, which masked in ridiculous humor, makes for a good movie with a great message. Doolittle himself can stand as an exemplar for perseverance, self-healing and his journey teaches us that the only way to better ourselves is to better the world and beings around us.

I did find that the beginning dragged a bit: BEAR with it.

Definently not Eddie Murphy's Doctor Dolittle.

When I first heard there was going to be a Dr. D movie staring RDJ (as he comes off the successful run as Iron Man) I was excited at the possibilities but this is what we get?

Of all the fantastical stories I could imagine following this character, we get, IMO, a very depressing look into this world and the life of a very lonely man despite having all the creatures in the world to talk to. RDJ is not charismatic or charming at all in this performance, but instead, a hermit who doesn't want to be bothered by people.

The movie itself was weird to me and most of the comedy fell flat for me. I really didn't feel connected to the characters on a deeper level to really care what happened to them. I was disappointed in how this movie turned out.

I was expecting more about this movie ,just way too short but I guess kids will love it.
Still giving a 7/10. Few funny lines from the squirrel and other animals.
I strongly recommend to watch it when is out on Blu-ray.

I grew up on the 1967 version of Doctor Dolittle starring Rex Harrison. I loved the original; of course, this new version has tons of cgi/fx but it didn't work as well for me. The original had a fantastical story line and was written for both young and old viewers alike. I found this new version strongly favoured children. It was silly, almost too silly. [SPOILER]TThere were plenty of antics among the animals and RDJ's performance was charming but the story was so contemporarily formulaic. I would liked to have seen a stronger fantasy element incorporated into the story line. Overall, it was good but for me it could have been better.

Ostrich: ... I'm just not good enough. my father was right about me... I should have been an omelet. 😂😂 this was a really cute and funny movie. There were a few double meaning adult-like jokes that adults and some older kids would be able to catch, but i don't think younger ones would. They aren't really bad. I just know how certain parents are so I figured I'd mention it. I thought the entire cast did a fantastic job, especially Robert Downey, Jr. The cgi of the characters, etc., all looked pretty amazing. Long story short I loved everything about this movie and definitely recommend it. I think I liked it almost as much as the original. Almost.

From the avengers star named DoLittle, I enjoyed this movie so far, because it was very funny.

So I just sawed the intro part of the movie, and I think the Yoshi part is in this movie, but the giraffe part is also very funny that the falling part is too much. But I enjoyed this movie so so much. Right?????

Expect lots of laughs and fantastical sequences, as well as some potential rude humor and peril. Magical fun.
